3.1. Information provided by you
You may provide us with personal information directly, including when you:

- sign up to receive our newsletter;
- participate in one of our surveys;
- submit a request for information through the Site; or

When subscribing to our ETP Alerts service, you voluntarily provide:
- Mobile telephone number
- Alert type preferences (price movement/volume spike thresholds)
- Operational update subscription status
This data collection is strictly limited to what is necessary for delivering requested SMS services. You may withdraw consent for SMS processing at any time. Your mobile telephone number will be used solely for the purpose of sending ETP Alerts and operational notifications. We will not use your mobile number for any other marketing purposes unless you provide explicit additional consent.
3.2. Information we process automatically
We also collect, store and use information about your use of the Site, and about your computer, tablet, mobile or other device through which you access the Site. This includes the following information:
- Technical Data – including the Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider, device identifier, your login information, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, preferred language, activities, operating system and platform, and geographical location; and
- Usage Data – including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from the website, pages you viewed and searched for, page response times, length of visits to certain pages, referral source/exit pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), date and time pages are accessed, website navigation and search terms used, [interaction with marketing emails].
3.3. Information we collect from third parties
We primarily collect personal data referred above directly from you. However, subject to the relevant conditions, we may also obtain your personal data from the following third parties:
- client due diligence and search information providers;
- publicly available sources, such as Trade Registries or Companies House;
- analytics providers; and
- social media networks, such as LinkedIn.

We may anonymise and aggregate any of the personal data we collect about you to remove any direct identifiers. Such anonymised data may be utilised for various purposes, including testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving the Site and our services and developing new products and features. ETP Alerts are sent based on your selected preferences, such as price movements, volume spikes or operational notifications. The frequency of alerts depends on market conditions, product-specific developments and your alert settings. You can adjust the frequency or opt-out at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
5. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We disclose personal information with the following recipients to achieve the purposes set out above or as otherwise described below:
- Service providers - we may share your personal information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, which may include providing data hosting, website hosting, email marketing, customer relationship management, client due diligence and analytics services;
- Professional advisors - we may share your personal information with our lawyers, accountants, insurers and other professional advisors to the extent we need to (for example, to defend ourselves against legal claims);

- ETP Alerts service providers We partner with reputable telecom providers or equivalent service providers to deliver ETP Alerts. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your mobile number and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose;
In addition, we may share your personal information with other third parties if you have provided your consent for us to do so.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
There may be occasions where we need to transfer your personal data to third-party service providers located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom.

- Request immediate pseudonymization of mobile number;

- Receive information about how automated alert triggers are determined;
You can opt-out of receiving ETP Alerts at any time by replying 'STOP' to any alert message or by managing your preferences in your account settings. Opting out will not affect other communications you have consented to receive.

8. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it.
