New IncomeShares ETPs AI, Semiconductors and Crypto

IncomeShares added 20 new exchange-traded products to the London Stock Exchange on 23 March 2026. They cover AI, semiconductor, and crypto themes. We also launched our 60/30/10 Multi-Asset Balanced ETP as part of the new range.

This article explains what’s in each group, how the strategies work at a high level, and how to access them.

Why these themes?

Most high-growth tech stocks across AI, semiconductors, and crypto pay little or no dividends. They're also typically “high beta” – meaning they tend to move more than the broader market in both directions. Options strategies on these stocks may offer a way to turn some of that volatility into income.

These strategies work by selling options contracts on the underlying stocks and collecting a fee – called a premium – for doing so. Higher volatility can mean higher premiums – and higher premiums may mean more income potential. Investors keep exposure to the general direction of the underlying stocks, while the income may help smooth returns over time. The ETPs may seek to mitigate the downside through limited hedging activities.

Each theme includes both single-stock ETPs and, where relevant, a basket ETP that bundles income-generating strategies or existing IncomeShares products together. The basket ETPs aim to offer diversified options income exposure across a single theme or across asset classes in one product.

AI options income ETPs

The AI group includes three single-stock ETPs and one basket ETP. The single-stock ETPs cover companies driving AI infrastructure and compute demand. Each uses the cash-secured put plus equity strategy – holding roughly 25% in the underlying stock and selling put options on the rest. This approach aims to generate monthly income while retaining partial upside on the underlying stock.

The Artificial Intelligence Leaders ETP (ARIY) bundles the largest AI-related income-generating strategies or IncomeShares ETPs into one product. It aims to generate monthly income, with broad exposure to the underlying AI theme.

Each position starts at an equal percentage split within the ETP. As with all our baskets, we aim to rebalance every six months back to that equal percentage split. This helps stop any single exposure from becoming too dominant within the theme. Effectively, it means trimming the better-performing positions to top up on the underperformers. Rebalancing may not always lead to the highest returns, but it can help manage risk over time.

Semiconductor options income ETPs

The semiconductors group includes eight single-stock ETPs and one basket ETP. The single-stock ETPs cover a broad cross-section of the industry – from chip designers and equipment makers to analogue specialists and infrastructure providers. Each uses the same cash-secured put plus equity strategy.

The Semiconductors Leaders ETP (YSEM) bundles the largest semiconductor-related income-generating strategies or IncomeShares ETPs into one product. It rebalances semi-annually to an equal percentage split.

Crypto-linked options income ETPs

The six crypto-linked ETPs cover companies with direct exposure to the digital asset space – including crypto miners and digital infrastructure businesses. None of the ETPs hold crypto directly. They hold the underlying stocks and sell put options on that exposure, aiming to generate monthly income.

Multi-asset options income ETPs

The 60/30/10 Multi-Asset Balanced ETP combines Nasdaq stock exposure, long-dated Treasury bonds, gold, and silver – all through existing IncomeShares ETPs. It's modelled on the classic 60/40 framework but adds a 10% commodities allocation and replaces traditional holdings with options income strategies.
